职位描述
Responsibilities岗位职责:
1. 前台工作及访客接待
2.收发快递,接听来电
3. Update telephone list and Administration related document.
更新电话列表和行政相关文件
4. Provide administrative support, purchase stationary, water and administration related stuff.
提供行政支持,订购文具、饮用水和行政相关物品等
5. Coordinate maintenance of office equipment & supplies, maintaining the office in an orderly manner.
协助维持公司设备正常运行,确保常用品的供给,维护办公室的和谐氛围
6. Reserve hotel/tickets/car
预订公司运营相关的酒店,票务及用车
7. Employee events & activities organization
员工晚会、活动等的组织
8. Administrative payment request
行政报销申请
9. Other tasks may signed by managers
领导交办的其他工作
Qualification岗位要求:
1. College degree or above,have 1-2 years admin working experience is preferred.
大专学历或以上,有1-2年行政工作经验者优先
2. Interest in Admin management, good communication skills, quick learner
对行政工作有兴趣,良好的沟通能力,学习能力强
3. Good team work spirit, conscientious and detail oriented
团队合作能力,认真尽责,细致周到
4. Good in English and MS Office
掌握英语和Office使用
5. Service mind
